Job Description

As a Graduate in Science with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant administrative or academic coordination experience, including prior experience in CSR activities, you are well-equipped for the role of coordinating end-to-end activities related to academic/executive education programs. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English will be valuable in serving as the point of contact for academic institutions and students. Your proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online meeting tools (Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, etc.) will enable you to assist the Program Manager in coordinating with faculty and guest speakers for assigned programs. Your attention to detail and quality will be essential in facilitating classroom and online delivery by ensuring all teaching materials, venues, and technologies are in place and functioning. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records of program participants, attendance, assessments, and feedback, as well as verifying student documents and filing them as per requirements. Additionally, you will work with the Manager to prepare academic calendars and timetables, manage correspondence related to the program, and collaborate with various departments for smooth program delivery. Your strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team setting, and professional demeanor will be advantageous in this fast-paced academic environment. Your willingness to travel and assist in promotional & outreach activities, marketing, admissions processes, alumni coordination, and placement of students will contribute to the success of the programs.
