Swimming Head Coach

Job Description Qualification: Graduation, BPEd/BSc(Sports), MSc Sports/ MPEd Preferred Required Experience: 10+ Years Develop, implement, and oversee training programs for all levels: university, college, school, and academy swimmers, design long-term athlete development pathways tailored to age and performance level. Manage seasonal planning, competition schedules, and performance benchmarking. Identify and develop talented swimmers from grassroots to elite level. Ensure alignment of all program levels with institutional values and national/international swimming standards. Mentor and manage assistant coaches and support staff. Promote professional development among coaching staff and interns. Lead regular team meetings, coach evaluations, and workshops. Manage program budgets, equipment procurement, and facility scheduling. Key Skills ASCA level 3 or above, NIS or equivalent certificate
