The program's success hinges on young people passionate about other young people, thinking and executing ground-level initiatives that have a measurable impact on youth employability issues. The role calls for an organised and empathetic approach to working in this dynamic ecosystem. The individual must demonstrate commitment and zeal to scale the impact of this intervention.

II. Position Description:

TNS is looking to hire a professional as Program Manager to lead and implement a program on providing Life Skills training and Employability Support for Youth in Urban areas. The Campus to Fintech Careers program transforms underprivileged college youth by impacting 4 major barriers: lack of information, soft and technical gaps, limited access to gainful employment, and being ill-equipped with tools for success of job search.

Inspired by an ambition to place 100,000 disadvantaged youths in jobs by 2027, the program plans to scale up its geographical presence and scope of interventions significantly. The program aspires to build a scalable platform of blended learning which can transform disadvantaged youth, bringing their households out of the poverty trap.

The program manager will be responsible for managing and growing the entire program and its deliverables, which will include but not be limited to, anchoring program implementation, stakeholder engagement, business development, team management, participating in design/strategy, rolling out pilots, etc.

III. Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Deep understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance industry operations, products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Master's Degree in Finance, CFA Level-1 would be given a preference
• Overall, 15+ years of work experience. At least 8-10 years in BFSI corporate environment
• Should have managed large-scale programs.
• Entrepreneurial orientation and growth mindset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to undertake field research, write reports and analyse data
• Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and long-term planning for training and talent development in the BFSI sector, supporting organisational growth and competitiveness
• Demonstrated ability to work in and manage a team of 30+ team members
• Leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders
• Existing network with large corporations will be an added advantage
