Program Manager

WHAT YOULL DO

• CPQ Program Management:

  Lead the planning and execution of CPQ projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, overseeing all phases from initial scoping to deployment and ongoing optimization.

• Resource Management:

  Optimize the use of project resources to maximize productivity within defined constraints.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Problem-Solving:

  Navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies as needed, and drive innovation within project execution.

• Risk Management:

  Identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course.

• Lifecycle Management:

  Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing processes.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.

• Change Management:

  Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of GTM projects.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and empower project teams, delegate tasks, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor junior team members.

• Analytics Strategy:

  Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.

• Agile Practices:

  Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.

• Agile Facilitation:

  Conduct Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program/project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on Partner Program and EDI implementation or similar systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Preferred: SAFe certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Other Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with complex projects involving various application components, stack layers, and cloud technologies.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
• Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a broad range of audiences.
• Team player who values cooperation and leadership.

• Preferred

  : Experience with EDI solutions with knowledge of transaction sets, mappings, and testing.

• Preferred

  : Strong understanding of

  system integrations

  across CPQ, EDI, ERP, and CRM environments.
