About the Role:

Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, plan, and manage programs composed of multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  
• Develop

  program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets

  , monitoring progress against milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring

  resources are allocated efficiently

  and dependencies are managed.
• Identify and manage

  risks, issues, and changes

  , implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Track program performance using appropriate

  tools and metrics

  , and prepare status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure

  projects within the program meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets

• Facilitate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
  
• Professional certifications such as

  PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications

• Experience in

  budget management, financial planning, and resource optimization

  .
• Familiarity with

  change management frameworks

  (Prosci, ADKAR).
• Experience in specific

  industry domains

  (IT, healthcare, finance, SaaS, manufacturing) is advantageous.
