Key Responsibilities

• Global Program Leadership

  : Manage end-to-end supply chain programs including procurement, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment across regions.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  : Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners across geographies; tailor communication to cultural and organizational contexts.

• Process Optimization

  : Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across international supply chain operations.

• Compliance & Risk Management

  : Ensure adherence to local regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements.

• Data-Driven Decision Making

  : Use analytics to forecast demand, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

• Technology Integration

  : Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement tools that enhance visibility and automation.

• Reporting & Governance

  : Deliver executive-level updates and maintain program documentation for global visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with 3+ years in international program management
• Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors across countries
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL and supply chain platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• PMP, CSCP, or equivalent certification is a plus
