Role

Program Manager - Personal Loans and Business Loans

Job Dexcription

Lead end-to-end ownership of the Personal Loans (PL) and Business Loans (BL) product across Tata Capital s digital channels, driving successful launches, performance, and continuous improvement in the digital lending ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Define vision, scope, and roadmap for digital personal loan offerings aligning with business goals while staying ahead of market and regulatory trends. Keep abreast of current market trends by conducting market research so as to design and introduce new products relevant to the market need Liaise with internal stakeholders such as tech, marketing, call center, sales, credit to boost lead generation, quality, and conversions. Govern and deliver multiple interlinked projects Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, credit, marketing, BI, risk) to optimize digital user journeys and operational efficiency Define and monitor KPIs and MIS dashboards (lead funnel, TAT, login-to-disbursement rates, FTNR). Continuously analyze user behavior, portfolio metrics, and business trends; iterate on strategies and product features accordingly. Develop training content and SOPs for internal teams and channel partners. Drive process improvements to enhance customer journey path and ensure regulatory (RBI) and audit compliance.

Qualification

1. Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
2. Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with MIS, funnel analytics, market research and excellent internal stakeholder management
3. Experience in BFSI/digital lending roles (product, program, or channel management) with a proven track record in end-to-end digital lending, especially unsecured products is an added bonus
