Program Manager, Regional Sustainability, Building Protection Systems

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience with security systems infrastructure projects and deployment management.
• 7 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in leading and managing, multiple, simultaneous security systems sustainability projects, with engaging resources and priorities to delivery and completion.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and changing environment while working separately and as a team on multiple initiatives and stand-alone projects.
• Excellent program management, communication, and data-motivated investigative approach towards solving testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Complete risk identification and risk assessment activities (e.g., budget, schedule, resource, technical) and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring foreseeable risk, and record its evolution and influence on project/program goals.
• Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors, stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support/promote the adoption of processes.
