Program Manager, Regional Sustainability, Building Protection Systems

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for protecting Google's future through thoughtful and intentional security design implementations. Your main focus will be to provide beneficial outcomes to Google employees, enhance situational awareness, secure the perimeter for open circulation, limit access to sensitive information, and capture data for real-time incident response and investigations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project goals and deliverables on a timeline, use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate resources efficiently. - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems, identify program goals, prioritize deliverables, and discuss program impact. - Conduct risk identification and risk assessment activities, develop mitigation plans, monitor foreseeable risks, and document their evolution and influence on project/program goals. - Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensure adherence to established processes, identify sponsors and secure resources, align work with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities for process improvements, and promote the adoption of processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience in program or project management. - 10 years of experience with security systems infrastructure projects and deployment management. - 7 years of experience in program management. - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and changing environment, work independently and as part of a team on multiple initiatives and projects. - Excellent program management, communication, and data-driven investigative skills.,
