Program Manager

Lead and manage cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers , maintaining strong relationships and ensuring regular communication and satisfaction. Coordinate with factory operations teams to monitor production schedules, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. Drive regular discussions with key stakeholders , including customers, internal teams, suppliers, and senior management to track progress, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across all fronts. Monitor project timelines, costs, risks, and resources, providing regular updates to customers on project status, milestones, and any deviations. Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations and customer service functions. Ensure all customer expectations, compliance requirements (such as quality standards), and internal goals are consistently met. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and action logs.
