Job Description

Seeking a seasoned

Program Manager

to lead high-value customer programs, with a strong focus on

Semiconductor, Healthcare

Aerospace

, and

Defense

customers. The role demands structured execution, cross-functional coordination, and a sharp focus on

quality, delivery, and cost

Key Responsibilities:

Own customer programs end-to-end from RFQ to final delivery for clients like GE Healthcare, Philips, Applied Materials, and Aerospace/Defense clients.
Interface with key accounts, manage client expectations, and provide technical + schedule up .
Implement and drive
APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA
, and other system processes.
Coordinate across
production, quality, purchase, Engineering, and logistics
to ensure on-time delivery.
Track program milestones, resolve roadblocks, and generate status reports for internal and customer review.
Support business development in technical proposal preparation, capacity planning, and NPI.

Build scalable systems for
