Program Manager

About the role: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Program Manager to help us smooth the flow for projects that we are working on. Your role would be to create and meet targets and deadlines for multiple projects. You’ll manage projects day-to-day and ultimately take responsibility for reaching objectives. You’ll need to be able to keep a track of multiple fun and exciting projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work closely with engineering, art and testing teams to complete milestones quickly and effectively
• Work to make the pipeline for the above work smoothly (Art -> Dev -> Testing)
• Run beta tests and pilot programs for early-stage project or programs
• Prepare Monthly Management Reports and KPIs Measurement Trackers for circulation to the management

Does this sound like you?

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle
• Experience with program management is a huge plus
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and game technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Strong sense of initiative
• Being able to predict or project possible issues and integrating it into the deadline
• Working with senior management to come up with a priority list and deadlines for tasks
• Leadership, communication and negotiation skills will help you get the most out of the people in your teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Being logical, pragmatic and staying calm under pressure are traits perfect for this role.
