Program Manager

HCLTech is looking to hire a Program Manager for Noida and Chennai locations. The AIoT & Industrial AI business unit at HCL Technologies is responsible for leading Industrial AI and (A)IoT initiatives, focusing on product direction, new business models, ecosystem development, and customer engagements in collaboration with other service units. The ideal candidate for the Program Manager position should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 15 to 20 years of experience. The preferred locations for this role are Noida and Chennai, and candidates with immediate/30 days/60 days notice periods are encouraged to apply. The Program Manager will be tasked with overseeing large-scale AIoT initiatives, encompassing hardware, edge, and cloud deployments. Successful candidates must demonstrate a track record of deploying AI and IoT solutions at scale, particularly in areas like RFID-based Track and Trace, predictive analytics, and real-time monitoring. Close collaboration with hardware engineers, software developers, data scientists, and cloud architects is essential to ensure seamless integration across platforms like Azure, AWS, NVIDIA, and Google Cloud. Effective stakeholder management, program planning, and alignment of technical solutions with business goals are key responsibilities of the Program Manager. Required qualifications for the role include a strong educational background, extensive experience in managing technology programs focused on AI, IoT, and cloud deployments, familiarity with major cloud platforms, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with Gen AI model deployment, knowledge of Track and Trace, RFID, and sensor-based IoT analytics, as well as an understanding of CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, cybersecurity, and compliance in IoT and cloud environments.
