Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues that are preventing agreements from progressing through the quote, contracting, and booking phases. Provide timely solutions to minimize delays and ensure agreements velocity and accuracy
• Design, implement, and maintain system configurations, including rule configuration and agreement template creation. Ensure all configurations align with business requirements and compliance standards.
• Conduct through pre-booking reviews of agreements to verify quote accuracy, validate configurations, and identify issues before booking and invoicing. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with systems teams, providing insights and data to inform and prioritize the system roadmap.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for optimization. Utilize data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
