GCOI (Grocery Catalog Ops and Intel) is looking for a strong Program manager with an understanding of Catalog management. If you are a self-starter, someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a passion for developing scalable long-term solutions, then you are the right candidate for our team. In this role, the candidate would work closely with catalog operations, product/program, and tech teams across the Amazon's Grocery businesses. You will own programs that require strategic direction, diving deep with customer data, and cross-team communication to deliver results for our customers.The position is based in Hyderabad, but will interact daily with leaders in the US and Hyderabad.We seek a quick-learner who can quickly familiarize themselves with a fast-paced environment, build relationships with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership for a broad array of domains. - Defining goals inline with the business vision, and building roadmaps to achieve the same.
- Identifying business impact of trends and making data backed decisions.
- Communicating with stakeholders and leadership through narrative documents
- Extracting data from databases and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Escalating problems or variances in the information and data to the relevant owners and following through on resolutions.
- Drive process improvements to improve efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
