Role Overview: As a Program Manager for MSME Enablement at GAME - Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship in Nagpur, you will be responsible for overseeing programs dedicated to supporting and enabling Micro & Small Enterprises (MSMEs). Your role will involve developing program strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring program progress, providing assistance to entrepreneurs, and ensuring alignment with GAME's vision and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop program strategies to support and enable MSMEs - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness - Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments - Provide assistance and support to entrepreneurs in the MSME sector - Ensure that programs align with the vision and objectives of GAME Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, project management, and stakeholder engagement - Ability to formulate and execute strategies effectively while monitoring progress - Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills - Deep understanding of the MSME sector and entrepreneurial ecosystem in India - Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and capacity to work independently or as part of a team - Background in engineering with a Master's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field would be advantageous for this role at GAME.,
