As a Program Manager/Associate Program Manager, you will be entrusted with charters that can significantly impact Leap's trajectory. Your responsibilities will involve working on transformation projects for the company, collaborating with business unit leaders to solve crucial problems, and engaging in open-ended projects such as market research and identifying M&A opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in strategizing, building, operating, and transferring projects throughout the year to ensure the business's success.
