Program Manager - Fully Remote

Program Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Lead cross-product initiatives and maintain a product roadmap aligned with our vision and business goals; communicate product strategy, progress, and impact across teams
• Facilitate project planning, manage timelines and resources, and ensure on-time delivery
• Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and client teams
• Ensure release readiness, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder alignment
• Perform data analysis (e.g., root cause analysis, regression, simulation, optimization) to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Manage audit engagements and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR/CCPA)

What We’re Looking For

• MBA or B.Tech in Computer Science from Tier 1 Institute
• 3–8 years of experience in Program/Product Management in SaaS/software
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Experience supporting audit readiness and working with regulators or auditors for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 (strong plus)
