Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders across different layers of implementation to ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise in Agile methodology will be crucial, as you will be involved in product grooming, Agile ceremonies, collaborating with Technical Architects, development, testing, release, and maintenance of the product. Your experience in client management will be valuable, as you will be required to interact with clients for product requirement grooming, detailing, and managing the product development process. In addition, you will be managing teams of size greater than 30 in a global delivery model. Your project management skills, including estimation, scheduling, tracking, commercials, and quality, will play a significant role in the success of the programs you oversee. Your duties and responsibilities will include full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs, stakeholder engagement, managing deliverable requirements, working in a global delivery model, and ensuring the functional, technical, and commercial quality of the projects. You will also be responsible for client management, preparing and tracking project schedules, managing project commercials, ensuring timely invoicing, and championing Agile practices within the team. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in articulating project details with clarity and precision.
