Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-module Life Sciences learning content development program. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of all milestones across instructional design, SME reviews, content development, video/animation production, QA, and LMS deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, delivery roadmap, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and manage the project plan, module-wise development calendar, risk register, and tracking dashboard.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Instructional Designers, Content Writers, SMEs, eLearning Developers, Animators, QA, and LMS teams.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, stand-ups, weekly governance calls, and Steering Committee reviews.
• Ensure adherence to ADDIE framework, instructional design quality, WCAG compliance, and SCORM/xAPI specifications.
• Drive structured SME engagement — storyboards validation, content sign-offs, and turnaround SLAs.
• Manage change requests, scope updates, documentation, and version control.
• Monitor and enforce quality criteria across deliverables (accuracy, pedagogy, interactivity, user experience).
• Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations proactively.
• Deliver timely reports: project status, RAG dashboards, risk log, variance analysis, and financial tracking.
• Ensure seamless deployment and post-go-live learner feedback integration.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in

  program / project management

  delivering large-scale digital learning, eLearning, or L&D transformation projects.
• Proven experience managing

  content development teams

  and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Familiarity with

  Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma domain

  (Clinical / Regulatory / Safety / Commercial preferred).
• Hands-on experience working with:
• Instructional design workflows
• SCORM/xAPI-based eLearning delivery
• LMS / LXP platforms and integration cycles
• Strong command of project tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Excel trackers).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage vendor teams and contract staff effectively.
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred but not mandatory.
