Job Summary: We are seeking a certified Program Manager with deep agile expertise to manage TE’s Digital Marketing portfolio across multiple scrum teams. This role requires strong leadership, the extensive agile experience and a focus on coaching and mentoring teams. They will be adept at managing timelines, running effective meetings, and communicating with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Oversee multiple scrum masters, lead scrum of scrums, and ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies. Strong expertise with JIRA
• Leadership by Example: Demonstrate leadership by example, setting high standards for performance, accountability, and collaboration.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Act as a coach and mentor to teams on Agile and Project Management principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices. Provide ongoing support to new Scrum Masters and less-experienced team members.
• Project Planning: Assist Scrum Masters to Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Timeline Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by assisting Scrum Masters in managing timelines and dependencies.
• Effective Meetings: Facilitate meetings, produce detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Reporting: Establish templates and processes to create weekly milestone reporting, executive-level project summaries. Track and report on team performance, including velocity, burn-down charts, and other key Agile metrics. Share insights with leadership on team progress, blockers, and areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address escalations.
• Global Coordination: Collaborate with global teams across Americas, EMIA, and APAC.
• Digital Focus: Manage projects to enhance capabilities TE.com and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Proactive Blocker Management: Identify, anticipate, and resolve blockers to coach multiple teams to maintain project momentum. Facilitate discussions to address challenges, manage conflicts and prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in project management, with a focus on digital sales and marketing projects.
• Certifications: Agile/Scrum/SAFe certification required. Strong expertise with JIRA and how to use it effectively is a must.
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience overseeing/coaching multiple scrum masters.
• EQ: Fast pace, global environment requires high EQ and people leadership skills and effective conflict management
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage timelines, run effective meetings, and produce executive-level summaries.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for engaging with VP-level stakeholders.
• Global Experience: Experience working with global teams and managing cross-regional projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
