Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong governance frameworks across business processes
  
• Coordinate structured reviews for sales pipeline, collections, unbilled revenue, contracting & invoicing
  
• Prepare and present business performance reports with actionable insights
  
• Ensure compliance, timely deliverables, and early escalation/resolution of issues
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting & streamline processes
  
• Drive follow-ups, track progress, and ensure accountability across initiatives
  
• Support leadership in operational planning, audits, and strategic reviews
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred fields: Business, Management, Finance, Economics, CS, etc.)
  

• Minimum 3 years

  of experience in program/project management (fintech/financial services preferred)
• Strong business acumen with an analytical and process-driven approach
  
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Advanced Excel is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with structured follow-ups
