Create detailed project roadmaps, aligning deliverables with business milestones and customer contracts. Design and maintain program management systems to handle multiple parallel projects, both Indian & International effectively. Conduct strategic reviews to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and market dynamics. Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure program success. Ensure Effective Planning and Resource Allocation Acknowledge to the customer, receipt of Purchase order. Share program plan along with deliverables Review and interpret customer contracts and purchase orders to define project scope and requirements. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with customer and business objectives. Prepare readiness checklists, including compliance with Indian PSUs-specific bank guarantees and export customer terms. Coordinate cross-functional team meetings to align on project expectations and launch plans. Ensure readiness of resources, facilities, EHS and information security across projects to meet overall objectives Monitor budgets and control costs to align with contractual obligations and profitability metrics. Use program insights to drive continuous improvement across projects, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and regulations Oversee Execution and Delivery of Programs Lead cross-functional teams in executing project plans, balancing the unique demands of customers across geographies ie. EMEA, Israel, USEC, Indian private, Indian PSU Monitor milestones and address challenges proactively, ensuring adherence to deliverables, timelines and budgets. Facilitate regular project status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure smooth transitions between project phases and maintain quality standards throughout the lifecycle. Manage escalations and align internal teams with customer priorities, emphasizing proactive resolution. Identify and Mitigate Program Risks Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across projects & orders, identifying potential challenges. Develop and implement mitigation strategies tailored to project-specific needs e.g, delays, resource shortage etc Monitor early warning indicators and adjust program plans to address emerging risks. Adjust program plans proactively when risks emerge to minimize impact on timelines and budgets. Communicate risk management strategies to stakeholders, including government entities and international partners. Adhere to compliance/ regulations as required while ensuring project timelines remain intact. Engage and Manage Stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, addressing concerns promptly. Facilitate regular progress reviews with stakeholders, addressing unique challenges such as PSU procedural delays or export documentation requirements etc Engage with internal and external teams eg customers, suppliers & partners, to align expectations and collaborate throughout the program lifecycle. Ensure compliance with PSU contractual obligations, including managing bank guarantees and other terms. Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging insights to optimize program performance. Monitor and Report Program Performance Develop and distribute regular program status reports to all relevant stakeholders, highlighting progress and risks. Conduct frequent reviews with internal teams to ensure project alignment with customer expectations. Address deviations from plans proactively, providing clear updates to senior management and customers. Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress against project goals, risks, and mitigation plans.
