Job Description

Program Manager – Key Highlights

Set up complete backend processes and operational workflows from scratch.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects end-to-end.
Strong data skills with ability to build:
Performance Dashboards
Marketing Dashboards
Reconciliation Dashboards
Highly data-driven; uses insights to drive efficiency and outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management across teams and verticals.
Strong passion for startups and fast-paced environments.
Open to taking up diverse projects that require structure, clarity, and execution.
Keen to meet and collaborate with talent ranging from 1–2 years to 5 years of experience.
