Program Manager

As a Principal in Project Management within our Professional Services division, you will lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all project objectives are met. Your role will involve strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
  

Knowledge, Experience And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience in professional services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
