Program Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of CSR and employability projects as per client mandates.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and project alignment.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, budgets, and timelines to achieve defined targets.
• Drive performance metrics across mobilization, training, and placement functions through regional and cluster teams.
• Develop business proposals and presentations showcasing GTTs expertise in employability and life skills initiatives.
• Prepare and present periodic MIS, data reports, and dashboards for management review and client updates.
• Ensure smooth conduct of audits, compliance with client requirements, and adherence to project SLAs.
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, CSR events, and government interactions.
• Manage multiple project locations, especially in the North region, and oversee establishment of new centers.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring engagement, collaboration, and high performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Postgraduate qualification MBA (Business Administration) or MSW (Social Work) is mandatory.
• 1218 years of experience in

  CSR project management, employability programs, or skilling sector initiatives

• Proven expertise in handling multi-location projects and large teams.
• Strong background in client relationship management and CSR implementation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
• Experience in proposal development, data reporting, and process improvement.
• Exposure to government-run skill development or livelihood programs will be an added advantage.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and alignment with organizational mission and goals.
