Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Experience in Automotive Components manufacturing or Engineering domain is mandatory.

Program Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end program management for assigned projects from concept to SOP (Start of Production).
Develop project timelines, cost estimates, and resource plans using tools such as MS Project or SAP Project Systems.
Coordinate with R&D, design, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing teams to track milestones and resolve bottlenecks.
Monitor progress through program reviews, status reports, and risk management dashboards.

Cross-functional Coordination

Serve as the main interface between customer (OEM / Tier-1) and internal teams for program deliverables.
Ensure design, tooling, validation, and manufacturing readiness per APQP / PPAP requirements.
Collaborate with supply chain & procurement teams for vendor development and part readiness.

Risk & Change Management

Identify and mitigate risks related to scope, cost, timing, or quality.
Manage engineering changes (ECN / ECR) and ensure traceability of design revisions.
Drive lessons-learned reviews post-launch to improve future program execution.

Financial & Performance Tracking

Track program budgets, cost variance, and profitability.
Prepare and present program status reports to leadership and customers.
Support in cost reduction / VA-VE initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain all project documentation in alignment with ISO/IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
Support audits and program reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
