Job Description

Job Title:Deputy Manager

  • Lead and drive program management activities for successful on-time deliverables
  • Flag holding daily stand-up meetings for effective planning of To-Do tasks
  • Possess strong scheduling / planning activities with project management softwares likely MS projects, Primavera etc
  • Oversee / coordinates program activities with all internal stakeholders ensuring completions of committed deliverables.
  • Demonstrate good communication and customer management skills.
  • Performing comprehensive cost estimation and budgeting for the project.
  • Identify and evaluating incoming project risks and developing mitigation plans through brainstorming sessions with cross functional team.
  • Plan, track, and report on progress of key programs with focus on cost, quality, delivery, safety.
  • Continuously monitoring the project status as per project plans & prepare weekly/daily reports for stakeholders review.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of programs.
  • Benchmark best practices across industry and implement where relevant.
  • Understanding on Program management concept, New product development / different phases of product lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • 7+ Yrs exp - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • CPM Certification preferred; Program Management Professional (PMP)

  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, task management, planning and executing activities
  • Proficient in project/program management tools and techniques.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to drive change management and influence teams across levels.
