Our mission is to empower educators and innovate products that foster experiential science education. We’re seeking changemakers who can lead this movement from the front lines. The Role: Program Lead As a Program Lead, you'll be the torchbearer of our STEM and ABL (Activity-Based Learning) programs in schools. You'll collaborate with Headmasters, teachers, and students to ensure impactful delivery—through training, relationship-building, planning, and reporting.What You'll Do - Manage end-to-end program implementation in partner schools - Build strong relationships with school stakeholders - Conduct trainings and support experiential classroom practices - Coordinate school visits, events, and donor engagements - Collect program data and ensure timely reporting - Innovate processes and contribute feedback to improve quality Who You Are ✔ Graduate (Science background preferred: B.Sc., B.E., or B.Ed.) ✔ Passionate about education and child-centric learning ✔ Skilled in communication, coordination, and leadership ✔ Comfortable with training, reporting, and event planning ✔ Fluent in English and Tamil ✔ Residing in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore Why Join Us? - Be part of a mission-driven, dynamic team - Drive meaningful change in education - Shape the next generation of thinkers and doers Ready to Make Learning Fun?
