Program Implementation Associate

Sakshi is a rights-based NGO working to create safe spaces and accountability systems to prevent Child Sexual Abuse (CSA), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), and Sexual Harassment at the Workplace (POSH). Through training, advocacy, and community engagement, Sakshi empowers individuals and institutions to challenge conditioning and build an equitable future.

Position Overview

The Program Implementation Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of Sakshi’s workshops and webinars by managing scheduling, coordination, and communication with stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and schedule workshops and webinars (both online and offline) with colleges and universities.

2. Communicate with trainers, institutions, and participants to confirm dates, times, and logistical details.

3. Maintain accurate schedules and calendars to avoid overlaps or conflicts.

4. Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups with all stakeholders.

5. Provide administrative support for smooth session execution, including sharing links, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.

6. Report scheduled units accurately for compensation and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Basic proficiency with digital tools (Google Calendar, Zoom, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email, etc.).

- Prior experience in coordination or administration will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Compensation

Deliverables-based stipend (inclusive of all taxes).

Reporting & Supervision

The Program Implementation Associate will work under the supervision of Program Managers or other designated supervisors at Sakshi.

This position is delivery based.
