Job Description:

• Identify and engage with working professionals across diverse industries to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable tech and non-tech courses from various universities.

• Understand the needs of professionals, guide them through the program options, and ensure a seamless enrollment process.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential learners through effective communication via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing their queries and providing detailed information about program benefits and career opportunities.

• Maintain an organized database of interested professionals and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize enrollments.

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to refine engagement strategies and optimize processes for higher education promotions.

• Ensure completion of individual sales targets.

Job Specification:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or sales within the higher education sector, specifically promoting tech and non-tech courses.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with working professionals and university representatives.

• Proficient in CRM tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
