Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and people-oriented Program Coordinator to join our growing team. This role blends on-ground field operations with coordination, research, and strategic reporting. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, can independently manage fieldwork, and has the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Operations & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the on-ground representative of the organization across Assigned locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government officials, MSMEs, institutions, and local partners.
- Coordinate field activities, events, and awareness drives in collaboration with local stakeholders.
- Support onboarding of program beneficiaries and ensure smooth program implementation in assigned areas.
2. Field Research & Intelligence Gathering
- Conduct in-person field visits to gather real-time feedback, qualitative inputs, and insights from stakeholders and users.
- Perform need-gap analysis and local assessments to support program improvement.
3. Monitoring Industry & Regulatory Developments
- Track and maintain updates on government schemes, policy changes, and regulatory developments relevant to MSMEs and related sectors.
- Stay updated with local and national developments impacting business or operational strategy.
4. Reporting & Leadership Briefing
- Organize information into concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal use.
- Summarize field findings and present actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
- Prepare briefing notes for leadership on critical field-level updates, risks, and opportunities.
5. Coordination & Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in field execution and recommend ways to improve coordination across teams and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement standard operating procedures and ensure process consistency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance program outreach, adoption, and impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 - 2 Years of experience in program executive / coordination role, field sales, stakeholder engagement, or grassroots operations.- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a field-first approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage on-ground logistics, conduct field research, and deliver timely reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Kannada (For Karnataka region) & Konkani (For Goa region)
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned districts or regions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Experience with CRM, data dashboards, or field management tools is preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
Previous experience working with MSMEs, government programs, or social impact initiatives.- Comfortable working in dynamic, semi-structured environments with autonomy.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process thinking.
- Passion for solving on-ground challenges and making programs work better at scale
