Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate various training programs, workshops, seminars, and events end-to-end. - Manage event logistics including venue arrangements, participant registrations, and resource allocation. - Liaise with speakers, trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met. - Handle communication and correspondence related to program activities. - Maintain program schedules, track deadlines and milestones, and prepare progress reports. - Oversee administrative tasks such as updating databases, generating attendance records, and managing event documentation. - Support marketing and promotional efforts for upcoming programs in collaboration with the communications team. - Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for programs and events. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards. - Provide on-site support and coordination during events to facilitate seamless execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program delivery and participant experience. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prior experience in event coordination, program management, or administrative roles, preferably in a management association or training environment. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital communication tools. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude. Preferred Skills: - Experience with online event platforms and webinar management. - Knowledge of corporate training and professional development programs. - Familiarity with social media and digital marketing for event promotion.
