Role Overview

Associate Program Director

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership

    : Manage mature and small-scale programs with well-defined delivery methodologies; lead large-scale, strategic initiatives end-to-end.

  • Lifecycle Ownership

    : Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Financial Accountability

    : Lead portfolio-level AOP/Budget planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Partner with design, quality, and global teams to achieve program goals and regulatory compliance.

  • Executive Engagement

    : Present updates, insights, and analysis to senior leadership.

  • Process Excellence

    : Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Digital Dashboards

    : Lead the design and development of

    interactive Power BI dashboards

    for program performance, KPIs, and executive reporting.

✅ Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in

    Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

    .

  • 18+ years of IT experience

    with

    10+ years in project/program management

    , preferably in

    Medical Devices

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    Power BI/dashboard development

    and program performance tracking.
  • Certifications:

    PMP (or equivalent), CSM, SAFe/RTE

    (ART experience).
  • Strong knowledge of

    MedTech product/software/R&D

    , product development, and regulatory processes (IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Microsoft Project/ProChain scheduling experience is a plus.
