YOUR TASKS Responsible for the development of products such as ECUs, Control Modules, Controllers, EMS, Connectivity Devices, and Sensors. Possess strong costing knowledge of mechanical, electronics, and electrical components including plastics, metals, die-casting, mechanical hybrids, and PCBs. Prepare cost estimations for both Mechanical-BOM and Electrical-BOM (E-BOM). Handle re-design initiatives to optimize BOM cost; identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through commercial benchmarking and competitive bidding. Manage and develop the supplier base for mechanical parts to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Handle escalations related to delivery, quality, and cost, ensuring alignment with the expectations of internal stakeholders. Collaborate and align with global teams to support supplier development in line with future business requirements. Work extensively in the SAP MM module to perform procurement and purchasing tasks. Handle global sourcing including sending RFQs and collecting supplier quotations; supplier evaluation and nomination; issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and nomination letters; managing supplier tooling payments. Manage contractual activities including signing agreements and contracts with suppliers Handle change management processes including ECN, PCN/PTN.
