Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings; schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media once positions are filled. Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports. HR Operations (40%) Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation. Update company databases with new employee contact information and employment details. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Provide support to HR colleagues as needed. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 6 months -1 years of experience in a similar HR role. MBA degree in Human Resource Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Effective communication skills (written and verbal). Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
