📍 Delhi NCR | 🕒 Full-time | 🎓 Early-career (1–2 yrs experience)

🗓️ Start Date: Immediate

Location: Based in Delhi, with pan-India travel requirements.

Compensation : Rs.30,000/m/ 6 days a week

About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Support

  • Coordinate onboarding of training partners, vendors, and field teams
  • Track training programs and mobility kit distribution timelines
  • Follow up with collaborators via phone, email, and in person
  • Support logistics planning for events, training sessions, and field visits


Administrative Support

  • Maintain updated

    databases

    , trackers, and documentation across both projects
  • Compile data and summaries from online research, reports, and field updates
  • Create

    PowerPoint decks

    and short reports for donors/internal updates
  • Manage Chairman Trustee’s project-related follow-ups, schedules, and communications
  • Be present and available

    on time each day

    for check-ins and coordination

  • Able to take initiative, problem-solve on the go, and follow through independently
  • Flexible and open to shifting plans and learning new systems

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
  • Comfortable making cold calls, field visits, and follow-ups
  • Based in Delhi NCR, with willingness for field and in-person work


Preferred Background

  • 1–2 years in program coordination, public health, education, or disability-focused roles
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
  • Experience working with persons with disabilities is a plus
  • Exposure to public health, education, or disability-focused programs
  • Experience working with marginalized communities is a bonus
