?Train visually impaired students in smartphone-based digital literacy.
?Support students in building confidence to independently use digital tools for education, communication, and daily living.
?Travel within Delhi to conduct sessions at schools, training centers, or community spaces as needed.
?Work in alignment with the goals of Kara Medical Foundation's Vision Project.
?Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the training curriculum and approach.
Qualifications & Skills?Must be visually impaired (peer training model).
?Prior experience in teaching/training, especially with visually impaired learners, is desirable but not mandatory.
?Good communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
?Willingness to travel within Delhi for sessions.
?Commitment to working 10 hours per week.
Employment Details?Nature of Work: Part-time, Contractual
?Duration: As per project requirements (with possibility of extension)
?Location: Delhi (with local travel for training sessions)
?Working Hours: 10 hours per week.
?Compensation: Commensurate with experience and project budget
