About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized early-career professional to help run the day-to-day operations of our assistive technology initiatives. As Program Associate , you’ll be the anchor on the ground in Delhi NCR — coordinating activities, supporting field training rollouts, maintaining databases, and handling outreach. You will report remotely to the Project Lead and work closely with our Chairman Trustee, supporting his daily program-related activities. This is a fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environment where processes are still being built. You will need to be adaptable and solutions-focused.
