We are looking for a Program Associate who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and can manage multiple priorities with speed and precision. This is not a research-heavy role—it’s an execution-first role. You’ll work directly with Program Managers to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

What you’ll do

• Support Program Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing AI-driven projects end-to-end.
• Manage cross-functional workflows across operations, partnerships, community, and tech teams.
• Track project deliverables, monitor timelines, and ensure smooth execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Act as the bridge between teams, ensuring all moving parts stay aligned.
• Prepare project trackers, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate community engagement and ensure high participation and retention in programs.
• Problem-solve on the go—when challenges arise, figure out solutions and keep projects moving.
• Manage multiple competing priorities (e.g., leadership reporting, partner queries, internal coordination), ensuring deadlines are met with quality output.

Must Haves :

• 0–3 years of experience in program management, operations, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply).
• Strong execution mindset—you’re the kind of person who gets things done at speed.
• Comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), project management tools, and basic data handling.
• Familiarity with AI/tech tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation workflows, SQL basics) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage ambiguity.
