Main Responsibilities

You will actively contribute to the health and performance of business processes across the Regional SAP platform and its satellite applications. With guidance from senior leads, you will support end-to-end activities including build, operations, and continuous improvementwhile developing your expertise and expanding your impact.

Program and Project Lead

• Proactively support the successful delivery of ERP programs and projects under the mentorship of senior project leads.
• Assist in shaping detailed project roadmaps and execution plans, gaining hands-on experience in structured delivery.
• Take ownership of day-to-day project coordination tasks and contribute to team performance.
• Participate in regular project reviews and stakeholder discussions, learning to communicate effectively across functions.
• Monitor project financials and timelines, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards through diligent follow-up and documentation.
• Support smooth transition of completed projects into service management.
• Use agile tools like Jira to plan, track, and report progress.
• Contribute to business value realization by aligning project outcomes with stakeholder expectations.

SAP Factory Governance and Service Management:

• Monitor service performance and proactively report deviations or improvement opportunities.
• Assist in preparing service review materials and contribute ideas for optimization.

Supplier Management including Contract Management:

• Support supplier onboarding and maintain contract documentation.
• Help track supplier performance and escalate issues when necessary, learning best practices in vendor management.

Audit, Quality & Security Compliance:

• Assist in audit preparation and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Responsibilities will be adjusted based on the evolving needs of the organization.

About you

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Management, ideally supporting major SAP implementations.
• Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with a willingness to deepen expertise and apply the right approach in varying contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and contribute to program or project execution, with growing confidence in leading smaller workstreams.
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive approach to engaging stakeholders and sharing updates.
• Exposure to stakeholder management across business and functional teams, with a desire to build trusted relationships.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self-driven and curious, with a growing ability to think strategically and act autonomously.
• Experience in supporting vendor management activities, both offshore and onshore.
• Energetic and adaptable, with a willingness to influence and contribute to business discussions.
• PMP certification is a plus and reflects a commitment to professional development.
