Job Title: Program and Partnership - Executive

Location: Delhi
CTC Range: ₹3.5 - 5 LPA
Expected Joining Date: 25 January 2026

By offering high-quality administrative, technological, and project management services, SB supports non-profit organizations in overcoming challenges and achieving their missions. SB provides tailored solutions, including grant writing, program design, technology implementation, and the development of software and portals, ensuring non-profits can enhance their efficiency and drive positive social impact.

Role Overview

The Executive will support coordination of project activities, documentation, reporting, and research functions. The role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation, Reporting & Research

  • Document field activities, prepare case studies, and compile best practices.
  • Maintain MIS, trackers, and project-related data records.
  • Prepare progress reports and support development of donor documents.
  • Conduct background research and compile information for proposals and concept notes.

2. Project Coordination & Implementation Support

  • Coordinate and follow up with project teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support development of detailed work plans and track progress against timelines.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, reviews, and field engagements.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks in line with project requirements.

3. Field Support

  • Visit field locations for monitoring, documentation, and coordination as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, writing, and documentation.
  • Master’s preferred (BSW acceptable with sufficient experience).

Skills Required

  • Strong writing and communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Proficiency in proposal and concept note drafting.
  • Project planning, monitoring, and reporting abilities.
  • Data compilation and analytical presentation skills.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Understanding of local communities and social issues.
