• Guide working professionals on top-tier Executive Education programs offered by prestigious Indian and international institutions.
• Engage in consultative, telephonic conversations with senior and mid-level professionals to assess their needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Understand and address the personal and professional challenges of individuals and offer career-enhancing educational solutions.
• Assist prospective participants through the enrollment process, ensuring clarity and support at every step.
• Accurately log all interactions in the CRM and ensure compliance with processes.
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets to earn attractive incentives and rewards.
• Attend training sessions to consistently improve performance and product knowledge.
• Make 150-200 quality calls daily to build a strong sales pipeline.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6months - 1 year of proven experience in outbound sales, executive education, training & development, or related fields.
• HSC with 1 year sales experience, Graduate with 6 months sales experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong consultative selling ability and persuasive personality.
• Passion for helping others grow in their careers.

Job Details:

• Work Hours:

   10:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Working Days:

   6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off)
