· Write conversion-driven copy for CRM campaigns for different audience segments· Create engaging subject lines, CTAs, and personalized content.· A/B test copy to optimize engagement and performance.· Work closely with marketing teams to align communication strategies.· Collaborate with designers to bring your words to life.· Brainstorm creative campaigns to improve user retention.· Analyze campaign data and refine messaging based on insights.External Skills And Expertise- Strong storytelling and persuasive writing skills- Familiarity with CRM platforms, audience segmentation and marketing automation tools- Deep understanding of user behavior- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize copy- A/B testing and personalization expertise- Experience in CRM copywriting is a plus· A storyteller with a knack for making messages memorable.· A team player who can take feedback and iterate.· A creative thinker who can balance brand voice with performance.· Someone who loves learning.· Someone who thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
