We are seeking distinguished Experts to join our team of faculty members. The ideal prospects should have extensive knowledge in their specific fields contributing towards academic excellence through innovative teaching, impactful research, and active mentorship. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Academic Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and advanced coursework for postgraduate students. Design, revise, and update course curricula in line with industry trends and accreditation requirements. Mentor and supervise postgraduate research projects. Innovate and implement new teaching methodologies, including online learning and blended education models. Research & Publications Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed national and international journals. Secure research grants and collaborate with industry and academic institutions for research projects. Academic Administration & Institutional Development Participate in and contribute to academic committees, curriculum planning, and accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA, UGC). Lead faculty development programs, workshops, and academic conferences. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior faculty members. Contribute to policy-making, strategic planning, and institutional decision-making. Industry & Community Engagement Develop partnerships with industry for internships, research projects, and guest lectures. Organize and participate in academic and professional development programs. Engage in community service and outreach activities aligned with the institution’s mission. Student Mentorship & Engagement Guide students on research projects, dissertations, and internships. Act as a mentor for student clubs, academic societies, and extracurricular activities. Qualifications & Skills Ph.D. in relevant discipline from IITs/IIMs or renowned international universities. Minimum 20 years of academic and/or corporate experience with proven research credentials. Extensive corporate experience in leadership and senior management positions is highly desirable. Strong publication record in peer-reviewed international journals. Experience in curriculum development, academic administration, and institutional leadership. Leadership abilities to drive research and academic initiatives.
