What You'll Do:

• Delivers technical implementations and consulting services, supporting global clients with deep domain expertise.
• The resources will require interaction at the senior levels, as well as with technical staff within the traditional IT organization. Resources will engage directly with customers to deploy, optimize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with their solutions.
• Resources must be able to take responsibility and accept accountability for successful customer engagements and partner technical relationships.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing technical field such as professional services, sales engineering, or technical support.
• Experience in large systems design and enterprise email environments (Exchange/M365, and G Suite).
• Expertise in DMARC, DKIM AND SPF and Email Security.
• LINUX system administration experience.
• Understanding of Internet protocols, particularly HTTP(S), SMTP, and IMAP.
• Strong understanding of RFC 822 and Send mail.
• Proficiency in Directory protocols (LDAP, Windows AD, and Azure AD).
• Working knowledge of authentication methodologies (SAML).
• Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP protocol, and components (firewalls,
• routers, etc.).
• Comfortable presenting and explaining technology to individuals with low technical
• expertise.
• Scripting (PERL, Python, Shell) experience desired.
