Responsibilities Coordinate project activities with project leads and practices to ensure smooth project execution. Create requisitions and track demand to ensure timely resource allocation. Support production support projects leveraging past experience to enhance project outcomes. Assist in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as needed. Utilize ITIL training to improve project processes and outcomes. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with team members and clients. Apply advanced Excel techniques for data analysis and reporting. Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint. Report on project progress demand tracking and project allocation. Work confidently with demanding clients demonstrating a go-getter attitude. Qualifications Proven experience in coordinating project activities and working with project leads. Strong understanding of creating requisitions and demand tracking. Experience in production support projects is a plus. Familiarity with managing SLAs is preferred. ITIL training or certification is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques and PowerPoint. Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience / Skill Required 5-10 Years experience in project coordination or PMO ITIL trained preferred but not mandatory Good Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent analytical written and verbal communication skills effectively able to collaborate with multiple project teams and practices Month on month Invoicing ?
