Production Trainee Engineer

Job Description As a Trainee Production Engineer, you will assist in overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be based in Pimpri and involved in full-time work with a training period of six months. Key Responsibilities Assist in supervising manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production. Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns promptly. Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues. Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain proper documentation. Support the implementation of 5S, lean manufacturing, and other productivity enhancement initiatives. Aid senior engineers in planning and executing daily production schedules. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Role Objective To provide hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, assist daily production activities, and support the production team in achieving quality and efficiency targets. Key Skills and Competencies Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with MS Office and basic production software/tools.
