Job Purpose: The Office Assistant supports day-to-day office operations by performing routine administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and functioning smoothly, as well as supporting staff with basic tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and general clerical duties. Manage the reception area and support visitors as needed. Collect and deliver documents/parcels within the office or to/from other locations. Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery and pantry items. Handle basic errands such as purchasing office items or paying utility bills. Support staff with small tasks such as setting up meeting rooms or organizing files. Ensure hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen and restrooms. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role preferred. Skills: Basic communication skills (verbal). Well-organized and punctual. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Courteous and professional behavior. Working Conditions: Full-time role, with standard working hours. May require occasional overtime. Role involves physical activity such as cleaning and moving items.
