Production Trainee Engineer

As a Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with daily production operations, such as monitoring production lines, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. - Participating in quality control and assurance by conducting quality checks, ensuring products meet established standards, and supporting the implementation of quality control procedures. - Troubleshooting and problem-solving by assisting in identifying and resolving production issues, collaborating with other team members to find solutions. - Contributing to process optimization initiatives that aim to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall product quality. - Maintaining accurate records of production metrics, performance data, and other relevant information for documentation and record-keeping purposes. - Ensuring safety compliance by adhering to safety regulations, company policies, and best practices related to production processes. - Actively participating in training programs and seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in production engineering for learning and development. - Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including quality control, maintenance, and other engineering departments for collaboration. Qualifications required: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team. - Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is a plus.
